OPP search for federal offender known to frequent Hamilton area

The OPP are searching for a wanted federal offender known to frequent the Hamilton, Six Nations, and Cambridge area.

Colin Palmer is wanted on a Canada wide warrant for breaching the conditions of his day parole.

The 46-year-old is serving a two year and 10 month sentence for two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

He is described as a white man, five-foot-nine,180 pounds, with light brown hair, blue eyes.

Palmer has a number of identifying tattoos, including a fighting Irish leprechaun skeleton on the back of his neck, native artwork of a bird on his left upper arm, and two words on his left forearm.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement squad at 416-808-5900.
