OPP report says Canada “ill prepared” to stop terrorist attack

Canada is “ill-prepared” to stop terrorist attacks. That’s straight out of an Ontario Provincial Police report, which analyzed the shooting on Parliament Hill in Ottawa last October.

The OPP found that security on Parliament Hill had been stretched to the limit because of budget cuts introduced in 2012, and that if the attacker in this case had been more organized, the results could have been much worse.
