OPP investigating ‘suspicious fire’ at home in Norfolk Country

Ontario Provincial Police in Norfolk County are asking for the public’s help in finding the suspects in connection with a “suspicious fire” that took place shortly before 2:30 a.m. on Friday.

Investigators say unknown suspects entered a home located on Windham Centre Road and attempted to set fire to the side.

No injuries were reported.

Officers say three similar attempts to set fire fire to the home took place earlier this year. Two of them were in January and one was in March.

Investigators are asking people in the area with surveillance footage to see if they captured any suspicious people, vehicles or activity in relation to the fire.
