Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is reminding residents to lock their doors after multiple vehicles were entered in Brant County.
Police say they received several reports over the last week from owners who reported wallets, purses, personal identification, cigarettes, and other valuables stolen from their vehicles.
The thefts happened in the areas of Gilston Pkwy., Charles St., Dundas St. West and Freeman St. in Paris.
OPP says a vehicle was also broken into on Saint William St. in Burford.
Police have offered the following tips to help keep your vehicle and belongings safe.
Brant OPP continues to investigate and is asking anyone who may have video surveillance or who may have noticed any suspicious persons or vehicles in the areas where the thefts took place to contact investigators at 1-888-310-1122.
