OPP charge three people following seizure of drugs, weapons and cash in Simcoe

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) says three people are facing charges after drugs, weapons and cash were seized during a search warrant.

On July 28, police executed a search warrant at West Street and Nelson Street addresses in Simcoe.

Police say they seized a quantity of suspected illicit drugs, weapons and currency. Five people were taken into custody without incident. Three of them are facing charges.

Melissa Marsha Martin, 43, of Norfolk has been charged with possession of cocaine.

Patrick Joseph Alphonse St. Louis, 48, of Norfolk has been charged with possession of cocaine, Percocet, Hydrocodone, unauthorized possession of a weapon and possession of a firearm.

Charles Andrew Held, 66, of Norfolk has been charged with possession of methylphenidate (Ritalin), cocaine, LSD and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime.

All three are scheduled to appear in court in Simcoe at a later date.
