Ontario to spend nearly $10M on Niagara District Airport expansion

The Ontario government has announced nearly $10 million dollars in funding to support the expansion of the Niagara District Airport.

The province says the money will go to support design work and critical infrastructure upgrades at the travel hub.

The funding is part of Premier Doug Ford government’s ‘Destination Niagara Strategy,’ which aims to boost tourism in the region.
