Ontario reported 590 cases of COVID-19 and 11 deaths on Thursday, a day before most of the province enters the first step of reopening.
The reported positivity rate is two per cent, with the province completing 31,423 tests in the last day.
Ontario is reporting 590 cases of #COVID19 and over 31,400 tests completed. Locally, there are 130 new cases in Peel, 114 in Toronto, 61 in Waterloo, 38 in Hamilton and 32 in York Region.

The number of people in hospital with COVID-19 in Ontario is down to 516 from 571. There are 450 patients in intensive care units with 291 of them on ventilators.
There were 182,350 vaccine doses administered on Wednesday. There are nearly 1.4 million people who have received both required vaccine doses.
Another 939 cases have been marked as resolved.
