Ontario reported 4,401 cases of COVID-19 and 15 deaths on Monday, as hospitalizations and ICU patients continue to rise.
The daily case count comes as the province completed 47,929 tests. The reported positivity rate, which takes into account the date tests were performed, is 9.5 per cent.
There are 1,646 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 across the province. There are 619 patients in ICU with 408 of them on ventilators.
A total of 7,567 people have died.
Ontario is reporting 4,401 cases of #COVID19 and over 47,900 tests completed. Locally, there are 1,282 new cases in Toronto, 772 in Peel, 564 in York Region, 339 in Ottawa and 224 in Durham.

The province administered 74,722 vaccine doses on Sunday, for a total of 3,214,465 doses.
There are 333,419 people in the province who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Another 2,445 cases have been marked as resolved.
