Ontario not on track to achieving emissions reductions targets says auditor general

Auditor General Bonnie Lysyk released her latest report that aims to improve services by suggesting ways the provincial government can spend wisely.

Her main recommendation is to take more time to study how to reduce carbon emissions because as of now, the province is falling behind.

Environment Minister Jeff Yurek added that his team announced a new emission control program yesterday regarding heavy trucks and buses that will start next year.
