Oakville hate crime

Halton Police are investigating what they call an act of hate motivated vandalism in Oakville.

Police say around 10:30 at night on Friday a woman spray painted anti-Islamic slogans on the side of two buildings in the area of Kerr and Stewart Streets.

The suspect is described as white, approximately 40-years-old with light coloured short, curly hair. At the time of the vandalism she was wearing black glasses, a white coat and black pants. Anyone with information is asked to contact Halton Police.
