Norfolk warning of increased coyotes sightings in Simcoe

Norfolk County is warning residents of increased coyote sightings in Simcoe.

There have been sightings on Yeager Avenue, Victoria Street and Werret Avenue. No aggressive behaviour has been reported.

The County says it has hired a professional trapper in an attempt to trap and move the animals. It is also reminding residents not to let pets off their leashes or leave garbage outside.
