None injured after suspicious house fire in Oakville

Halton police say they’re investigating a suspicious fire at a home on Chisolm Street in Oakville. No injuries were reported.

Emergency crews responded to the blaze around 8:55 p.m. Tuesday night, and quickly extinguished the flames.

A spokesperson for Halton police told CHCH News the home was unoccupied at the time of the fire.

Investigators are still working to determine the cause, but police confirmed it’s being treated as suspicious.
