A fire broke out overnight in a building in Welland that houses a law firm and private apartments.
It started after midnight Dec. 30 on the second floor of the structure located on the corner of Fitch Street and Wellbrook Boulevard.
The fire reportedly ripped through the roof of the renovated house that has a law office on the ground level and apartments on the second floor.
All occupants of the building are accounted for and no injuries have been reported.
There is no word yet from Niagara Falls Fire Department as to how the blaze started or how much damage was caused.
Fire crews remained on-scene Monday morning.
