No election – but campaigning underway

There’s been an awful lot of political activity across Southern Ontario since the start of the new year.

Party leaders criss-crossing the province, on both a federal, and provincial level. If you didn’t know any better, you might think there was an election campaign underway. But as Scot Urquhart reports: you’d be wrong.
