Police are investigating a break-and-enter at a Niagara College Winery storage facility.
Detectives said they responded Saturday night to a break-in at the college’s facility on Concession 5 Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Officers determined on Nov. 27, an unknown suspect arrived at the facility on an ATV and used it to break a door to the facility.
The suspect then entered the facility, stole a quantity of wine and fled on the ATV.
The suspect returned two more times throughout the night, stole more wine and again fled on the ATV.
The suspect is described as having a medium build, wearing a black, full-faced, motorcycle helmet. The individual was wearing a green jacket, brown pants, black shoes and a black backpack.
The ATV is described as a newer model ATV that is black or grey in colour. It has two up-style seats (for two people) with a backrest and LED headlights.
