Niagara police say a man who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant fled from them at a St. Catharines automotive business on Sunday.

Police say they received reports of a man acting erratically at a Welland Avenue auto business at around 12:20 p.m. Saturday.

Officers did not specify what the “erratic” behaviour involved but say the man sped away when they arrived.

Investigators determined the man to be 40-year-old Christopher Arnoczki of St. Catharines, who is already wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
