Niagara police say wanted 23-year-old man may be armed

Niagara police have issued a warning to the public about a wanted 23-year-old man who may be armed.
Joshua Nuziato, of Welland, is wanted in connection with a threat investigation.
Officers responded to a threats complaint on Saturday in Welland and identified Nuziato as the person responsible for the threat.
Police later saw the 23-year-old driving a vehicle in the city and attempted to pull him over.
“Nuziato fled the scene at a high rate of speed,” said Niagara police in a news release. “A brief purist ensured, however was called off given the manner Nuziato was operating his vehicle and out of concern for the safety of the public.”
He is currently wanted on multiple charges including uttering threats, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and flight from police.
Nuziato is described as white, roughly six-feet, 180 lbs, with a brown beard, brown eyes and brown hair. He has “Nuziato” and “Est 1998” tattooed on his right forearm, a cross symbol on his left forearm and “Only God Can Judge” on his chest.
Nuziato is believed to be operating a black, two-door 2006 Infiniti G35.
Police say he was on parole while serving a sentence in the community for previous convictions. His parole has now been revoked.
Police say members of the public should not approach Nuziato if he is seen, but call 911 instead.
