Man suffers life-threatening injuries in ATV rollover in St. Catharines

Niagara police responded to a report of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) rollover in Niagara on the Lake on March 13.
Officers arrived on scene in the area of Garrison Village Drive and Village Road at around 12:35 a.m.
Police say a man was found pinned under an ATV in critical condition. The man was wearing a helmet, but was suffering from life threating injuries.
The man was treated on the scene and then transported to a local hospital. He was later flown to an out of region hospital for further care.
Police identified the injured man as a 16-year-old from St. Catharines.
Detectives say the ATV involved is a yellow Suzuki King Quad 700 and sustained considerable damage from the incident.
Roads in the area were reopened at approximately 6:30 a.m.
Police are asking anyone in the area with closed circuit security cameras, doorbell video cameras, or dash cameras to review their footage for the yellow ATV or any footage that may assist the investigation.
