Niagara police arrest seven individuals for failing to comply with bail orders

Niagara police have arrested seven people for failing to comply with release orders as part of a bail compliance initiative.

The initiative comes in response to community concerns – officers are focusing resources on individuals released on bail, ensuring they comply with their respective release orders.

During December 2025 and January 2026, officers executed compliance checks on the following individuals resulting in breaches of their individual orders:

  • Stephen Kennedy, 43, of St. Catharines
  • Paul Sacco, 40, of St. Catharines
  • Kyle Cormier, 36, of St. Catharines
  • Cele Kasmaba, 27, of St. Catharines
  • Peter Langridge, 40, of Niagara Falls
  • Jason Willis, 50, of St. Catharines
  • Dwayne Perkins, 37, of Thorold

Each of the seven individuals have been arrested and charged for failing to comply with release order 145(5)(a) CC.

The following individuals have been charged but are currently wanted by police for failing to comply with release orders:

  • Jeet Patel, 26, of Thorold
  • Dustin Cichocki, 30, of St. Catharines
  • Adam Chataway, 48, of St. Catharines
