Niagara Police arrest 2 men in takedown

Niagara Police have arrested two men after a high-risk takedown in St. Catharines.

Robert Rouse, 37, and Marlo Argueta, 26, of St. Catheraines are accused of breaching bail conditions. Argueta was released on bail, awaiting his trial on attempted murder charges stemming from a double-shooting in Niagara last year.

Rouse was arrested two years ago on multiple drug charges in Niagara.
