The population of Niagara-on-the-Lake grew by around 30,000 tonight.

British band Mumford and Sons kicked off their latest tour in the town, and our Phil Perkins was there.

He joins us from just outside Butler’s Barracks national historic site, where he took in the show with a lot of locals who didn’t bother to buy a ticket.
