Niagara Health System hospital plan being examined

A controversial hospital improvement plan at the NHS was the focus of a meeting in Grimsby Monday.

While it was implemented two years ago, many are asking if it’s even working.
As Cindy Csordas reports the meeting itself has prompted some opposition in the already troubled region.
