Niagara Falls man charged with murder in Aurora double shooting

A 37-year-old man from Niagara Falls has been charged following a double shooting in Aurora this past June that left one man dead.
On June 12, York Regional Police responded to reports of a shooting at a home on Stubbs Lane, northwest of Wellington Street East and Leslie Street around 12:17 p.m.
Responding officers arrived to find one adult man and one adult woman suffering gunshot wounds.
The male victim, identified as 38-year-old Mohammad-Saeid Boubash of Aurora, was pronounced deceased on the scene, while the unidentified female victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Last Wednesday, Michael Magee charged with first degree murder in the death of Boubash.
Police have not disclosed any further charges in relation to the injuries sustained by the other victim.
