Niagara Falls economy devastated by the border shut down

The economy of Niagara Falls, on both sides of the river has been devastated by the border shut down which has lasted for over a year. American politicians are saying it could re-open as early as May something many in Ontario are in favor of. Adam Atkinson reports.
