NHS hospital recommendation sparks furor

A new hospital for the south end of Niagara region should be built in Niagara Falls.

That recommendation is being made by Niagara Health System supervisor Kevin Smith. As Lauran Sabourin reports, the long-awaited report was made public this afternoon and is already creating controversy.
