Neil Young booked for Harvest Picnic
Organizers of the Greenbelt Harvest Picnic in Dundas have landed a major star for this year’s festival.
Neil Young and Crazy Horse will headline the August 31st event at the Christie Lake Conservation Area. This is the only scheduled date for Young in Southern Ontario this year.
Daniel Lanois and Emmylou Harris are returning for the festival’s third year, and will be joined by Whitehorse, Trixie Whitley and Rocco Deluca, with more performers to be added in the next few weeks. Tickets for the 2013 Greenbelt Harvest Picnic go on sale through Ticketmaster Saturday morning at 10.
