Neighbours say fatal Caledonia crash was foreseeable

A fatal accident in Caledonia last night left a 73-year-old woman and her dog dead.

Mia Gordon spoke with neighbours who told her they weren’t surprised when they heard an accident had happened on that stretch of road.
