Niagara police have laid additional fraud charges against a St. Catharines couple accused of bilking customers for kitchen renovations that were never done.

Niagara police say Shane and Sandra Byrne worked under the company name “Designer Kitchen Pro.” Additional fraud charges were laid against the couple this week.
