Mohawk College suspends all COVID-19 measures starting today

Mohawk College says it is suspending all COVID-19 measures including its mask and vaccine mandates effective Monday, April 18.
As of Monday, April 18, proof of vaccination and mask wearing will no longer be required to access campus.

Mohawk says it will continue to monitor the situation with the pandemic and adjust its plans if conditions change. It says the college’s vaccination policy could also be reinstated on short notice if things change.
The college also said that all students and employees at Mohawk College’s Institute for Applied Health and Sciences will continue to be required to follow McMaster protocols while attending that campus.
