Hamilton Police searching for missing 13-year-old boy

Police are searching for a missing 13-year-old boy last seen in the Hamilton Mountain area. Arnold Knelsen has been missing since July 31st from the Limeridge Rd. W. and West 5th St. area. He is described as 5’3, 100 lbs., with a thin build and short light, brown hair.

In a video that has surfaced on social media, a boy claiming to be Arnold Knelsen’s brother, alleges Arnold was suffering physical and emotional abuse in a foster home. A spokesperson with the Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton says they are not aware of any complaints, but are looking into the allegations.
