Milton man faces more charges in holistic centre sexual assaults

Halton police have arrested a man and laid additional charges in connection to sexual assaults at a holistic centre in Milton last year and believe there may be new victims.

Yesterday police arrested and charged Ehsan Ansari, 59, with two counts of failing to comply with a release order.

Ansari’s release conditions prohibit him from continuing to practice healing services. However, investigators discovered that the accused has continued to operate another holistic centre in Milton under the name of “Sunnah Hijama”.

Police believe there may be additional victims or witnesses who have received treatment by Ansari at either Holistic Hijama Benefits or Sunnah Hijama since early September 2024.
