Millions mourn as Aga Khan IV passes away in Portugal

Aga Khan IV  was the spiritual leader of the Ismaili Muslims for nearly seven decades and millions are bidding farewell to him. The Aga Khan, Karim al-Hussaini died at 88 years old in Portugal, while surrounded by his family. The 49th hereditary Imam of the Shiite Ismaili Muslims became the leader at age 20, when his grandfather named him his successor, passing over Karim’s father.
