Million dollar donation to Hamilton’s aviary to be put on hold

It’s a million-dollar donation that will have to be put on hold.

The city of Hamilton will ask an anonymous donor who wants her money to go towards a new aviary, to give it more time to figure out a location for the 41 exotic birds.
