Metrolinx unveils expensive expansion strategy

Tonight we know how Metrolinx is proposing to pay for its 25-year transportation plan for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. But it’ll be our money: fuel taxes, highway tolls, even a fee for every kilometre travelled in the region are on the table.
