Meta releases Q1 earnings, adds significant investment in superintelligence 

VIDEO: Three of the world’s most valuable companies have released their first reported earnings of 2026, providing important clues on the race towards comprehensive artificial intelligence. Meta, Microsoft, and Tesla are the first of the Magnificent Seven major tech companies to report in this cycle, and one company in particular wowed investors. The tech companies part of the Magnificent Seven have major influence over market growth and data from Facebook’s parent company Meta didn’t disappoint. Meta saw ad revenues rise and the company announced a significant investment in pursuit of “superintelligence.”
