It may take a village to raise a child, but research shows that a young man with an absent father faces a considerable and well-documented number of social, academic and emotional deficiencies because of a lack of mentoring from his father. In his recently released book, A Man’s Work Is Never Done, Port Colborne author James Cloughley addresses these issues as well as the uncomfortably new and unfamiliar role men have in the post-feminist world.
