Mental health concerns during the pandemic

As the pandemic continues, more and more Canadians are feeling the weight of the isolation on their mental health, and some Ontarians are using more substances like drugs and alcohol to cope. The province announced funding for 46 more in-patient mental health beds in 16 hospitals across Ontario for people in crisis. Matt Ingram reports.
