McMaster University commemorates Truth and Reconciliation Day

McMaster University’s undergraduate medical education program through the support of the Indigenous Health Learning Lodge, held an event today in advance of tomorrow’s Truth and Reconciliation Day.

At the event, the Canadian film Bones of Crows was screened. Organizers say it was chosen because it highlights the history of residential schools, the history of Indigenous Canadians in war as well as the plight of murdered and missing Indigenous women.
