Mariam Makhniashvili’s father remains behind bars

The father of missing Toronto teen Mariam Makhniashvili remains behind bars tonight.

Vakhtang Makhniashvili, 54, is charged with the attempted murder and aggravated assault of a couple who bailed him out of jail in May when he was charged with stabbing another neighbour. Lisa Hepfner has the details from today’s bail hearing.
