Man wanted for armed robbery in West Hamilton

Hamilton Police continue to search for a man after he brandished a gun and stole from the Shoppers Drug Mart across from McMaster University.

Police say the incident happened on Nov. 16 on Main St. West near Emerson St.

The suspect is described as a white man, 5’10 in height with a black toque and a black North Face jacket.

During the incident, he was wearing a multi-coloured face covering and black shoes, and he was seen leaving the store with a blue grocery style shopping bag.

Police say a black handgun style firearm was also observed during the incident although no one received any injuries.
