Man riding skateboard hospitalized after collision with vehicle in Dundas: police

Hamilton police say a man riding a skateboard is in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a collision with a vehicle in Dundas Wednesday afternoon.

In an email sent to CHCH News, authorities say the collision occurred at the intersection of Ogilvie Street and Governors Road at approximately 3:06 p.m.

Investigators believe the man riding the skateboard is in his 40s. They add that he is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The intersection will be closed for the next few hours while investigators are on scene.

At this time, no charges have been laid.
