Man in van reported to be taking pictures of children: Norfolk County OPP

Norfolk County OPP are telling the public to be vigilant after reports of a man taking photos of young children.

Officers were called to Ann St. in Delhi around 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police say a parent was out for a walk with their young children when the adult noticed a minivan following them and taking pictures of the kids.

They spoke to coworkers who saw the same vehicle taking pictures at a park on First Ave.

The vehicle was described to police as an orange/red coloured Dodge Caravan that was missing a hubcap.

The driver was described as a white male, with short dark hair.

Police are asking the public’s help in identifying the man and vehicle involved.
