A Caledon man has been arrested after power tools stolen from an Oakville business were put up for sale on Kijiji.

Police say several suspects broke into a work trailer at a business in the Bristol Circle and Coventry Rd. area and stole over $5,000 worth of power tools.

The suspects were seen on surveillance video fleeing the area in a white pick-up truck.

On April 2, the Halton Police received a tip that the stolen tools were for sale online and arranged a meeting with the seller to recover the tools.

Joel Mongrain, 36, was charged with possession of property over $5000 and breach of probation. He is currently being held on bail.
