Man, 32, charged after recording women, exposing himself at Pen Centre

Niagara police have arrested and charged a St. Catharines man accused of exposing himself at the Pen Centre last week.

Officers responded to the Pen Centre in St. Catharines around 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 for a report of indecent acts.

Investigators say a man had been allegedly watching and following women shopping at Walmart. He would then use his phone to video record the women.

Police say the man also exposed himself and committed an “indecent act.”

Jonathan Shred, 32, was arrested Wednesday and has been charged with indecent act and fail to comply with probation order.

Shred is being held in custody waiting to make an appearance in a St. Catharines courthouse on Nov. 10.
