Mailbox vandals in Welland

A couple of nineteen year olds face 17 counts of mischief after vandalizing a number of mailboxes in Welland early Tuesday morning.

Police arrested Michael Bull of Port Colborne and Brandon Martine of Welland after residents who witnessed the incident came forward.

Both men are scheduled to appear in a Welland court on August 31st.
