Mac opens farm stand

From the country to the campus, the McMaster farm stand is kicking off its third season today.

The not-for-profit market features a range of delicious produce. Local food lovers are invited to stop by and chat about what’s in season and get fresh ingredients for dinner.

The farm stand also runs workshops and initiatives to communicate the environmental and economic benefits of local food.

It runs from 11 until 4 every Wednesday and Thursday from June to October.
