Long weekend closures

As we head into the civic holiday weekend, a reminder that government offices, libraries, banks and many child care centres will be closed Monday.

There will be no mail delivery and in most areas, garbage and recycling collection will be delayed by one day all week. Electricity will be at the off-peak rate all day on Monday.

The HSR and TTC will operate on a holiday schedule, while Go Transit will be running on a Sunday schedule, which includes trains to Niagara Falls.

Most malls, grocery stores, liquor and beer stores will be open, but they may have shorter hours.
