Locked-out posties protest legislation

(Updated) The Harper government says it’s prepared to sit through the weekend, to pass legislation forcing Canada Post workers back to work.

Several hundred union members responded by protesting in downtown Toronto. Mail carriers converged on Yonge-Dundas Square Wednesday morning, outside the head office for Canada Post’s legal team. They claim to have lost the Charter right to have a union bargain for them.
