Local orthopedic surgeon joins relief Beirut effort collecting medical supplies

A Hamilton orthopedic surgeon is so horrified by the desperate needs in Beirut after the explosion earlier this month, that he has begun organizing shipments of medical supplies. Lisa Hepfner reports.
