Liberal strategist speaks on PM Mark Carney’s plans to stay ‘united’

CHCH News anchor Matt Ingram interviews the Liberal strategist Adam Vaughan after Prime Minister Mark Carney held a meeting in Ottawa.

The meeting included Canada’s premiers as the country grapples with the effects of Chinese and U.S. tariffs.

Vaughan spoke on what he expects Carney’s message to the premiers would be, ahead of the election call expected this weekend.

The strategist also weighed in on the U.S. President Donald Trump’s renewed threats of annexing the country and if they would benefit one political party over another.
